HOW IT WORKS

1. CARTON TRANSPORT AND PRINTING

The conveyor system moves cartons through the CartonTracker station, where product-specific information is printed onto each carton. Depending on the application, this information may include batch or lot numbers, expiration dates, serialized identification, product codes, and other required data.

2. AUTOMATED VISION INSPECTION

A vision system captures the printed information on each carton and compares it with predefined product and packaging specifications. This helps verify the accuracy, presence, position, and readability of the printed information.

3. AUTOMATIC REJECTION

Cartons that fail the configured inspection criteria are automatically diverted into the integrated rejection compartment. The controlled rejection process helps prevent defective or incorrectly printed cartons from continuing through the packaging line.
