The system verifies serial numbers and supports efficient bottle aggregation into secondary packaging, such as bundles and cases, while helping maintain a smooth production workflow. BottleTracker also performs inspections to verify the presence, position, and quality of labels and package leaflets.

For reliable tracking during secondary packaging, the system can generate and inspect a temporary unique identifier (UID) directly on the bottle using black or UV ink. This enables accurate identification and traceability of individual bottles throughout the packaging process.

BottleTracker incorporates advanced barcode-reading capabilities for reliable code verification and includes an adjustable product-guidance railing to accommodate bottles with different shapes and sizes.
