HOW IT WORKS

1. Product Code Inspection: The system captures multiple images of bundled products to inspect and verify their individual serial numbers and printed codes.
2. Bundle Label Generation: Once all individual products pass verification, a unique serialized bundle label is generated and automatically printed and applied.
3. Label Verification and Aggregation: The applied bundle label is inspected against the reference data. Upon successful verification, the system establishes the parent-child relationship between the bundle and its individual products.
4. Automatic Rejection: If any product code, product count, or bundle label fails inspection, the defective bundle is automatically rejected to prevent incorrect aggregation and ensure packaging quality.
